Star Wars Live Action TV-series gets a subtitle!

The much touted Star Wars live action tv series that has been in production for a several years has gotten a subtitle…

This in reference to fact that the characters are supposedly in a shady business (pirates and smugglers anyone?).

Rick McCallum, long time George Lucas associate had this to say about the new series (thanks to IGN.com).

“They take place between Episode III and Episode IV, that 20-year period when Luke is growing up. It’s not about Luke, but it’s about that period when the Empire is trying to take things [over].”

McCallum also mentions that the creative staff has about 50 scripts already ready but that the shows scale prevent filming within its 5 million dollar budget per episode.

For now this show isn’t going into any further stage just yet, not untill technology catches up.
