SciFiEmpire.net

Your site for everything on Science-Fiction with News, Reviews and Giveaways

SciFiEmpire.net celebrates its One Year Anniversary!

Tron Legacy – Olivia Wilde as Quorra

It’s been one year to the day since I started this website dedicated to bringing you news and reviews of all the latest popular Science Fiction tv-shows, movies and novels.

SciFiEmpire.net got off a rocky start with images that were too small, choppy lay-out and an author who refused to use the spell check. Now I am getting almost 10.000 hits a month and that makes me mighty proud. Still, the site is a work in progress with many features still not implemented. For those who tried there was a bulletin board for a while but I had to close it down because of spam, it will be back soon enough but the rules will certainly be revamped. Furthermore there will a number of in-depth articles about our favorite science fiction movies in order to try to add to the literature of the subject. As a side project I enjoy writing novels, it is likely that a e-book store will also open on this site. And so for year two there are a great many things to look forward to.

Which you can be part of as I am still looking for contributors.

All in all it has been a busy year for Science Fiction, several new tv-shows aired with Alcatraz and Terra Nova being spectacular failures. With regards to Star Trek almost all new novels have been reviewed and readers will soon be able to catch up on the review of Star Trek Typhon Pact: Raise the Dawn and Starfleet Academy The Assassination Game. Later this month both Warehouse 13 and Alphas will be back for a new season and in the meantime I will continue coverage of Showcase’s exciting new sci-fi show Continuum which stars and guest stars a great many familiar actors from other tv-shows.

And so there is much to look forward to…

As by reaching this line while reading this article your mind will probably be wondering off to the sunny beaches of Ibiza or Florida with its multitude of thonged, tanned and topless women. As such I have given you a reason to stick around or come back to visit this when you do head off into the sun. Down below that are about 120 pictures of our favorite sci-fi actresses posing one way or another (hmm Tricia Helfer!). This site has always prouded itself with being more visually oriented than others and I have never been shy about showing off the female beauty from our reviewed movies and tv-shows, so see this as a culmination of years worth of sci-fi chicks that not only know how to use a ray gun but are mighty fine handling them as well. Try to match the faces to the characters they played.

Have fun in the Sun!!!
