Avengers Age of Ultron Preview
Comic-Con 2014 is in full swing and as every year there is simply too much news too report. Comic-con is not usually reserved for large announcements. Instead studios prefer to offer teasers and little snippets of news to lure back the press to a future event. So it is too with the upcoming Marvel movie Avengers: Age of Ultron. This second Avengers is again directed by Joss Whedon and will see a familiar cast being enlarged by Elizabeth Olsen (Godzilla) and Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Kick-Ass). So far the release date was just ‘summer 2015’. Which of course could mean anything. Fans will be delighted to know that the new release date has been pinned at May 1st 2015. So there is only 10 more months to wait. With Avengers Age of Ultron Marvel will conclude its second phase of the Cinematic Universe that was started with Iron Man 3 last year. It took only 2 years this time instead of the 4 previously. With regard to Avengers Age of Ultron new characters such as Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch were already shown in Captain America 2: The Winter Soldier but now with their character posters their presence has been confirmed.
In the spirit of revealing news Marvel announced that the sequel to Guardians of the Galaxy is slated for a 2017 release. Sometime ago we already saw a rough release schedule for movies but we had no idea to what franchise they belonged. What is odd is that the first movie has not even seen a general release.
