Berlin Station S02Ep07 Right and Wrong Review Hector DeJean aims his rifle

Berlin Station S02Ep07 Right and Wrong Review – Does Hector take the shot?

Berlin Station S02Ep07 Right and Wrong Review Fuck my life. Well,…. Pardon my swearing but Berlin Station just yanked my chain like few shows have. I suppose there no way to avoid a spoiler but this seventh episode ends on the sound of a suppressed weapon being fired. This happens as Hector DeJean is aiming his rifle at far-right politician Catarina Gerhardt. So the questions is. Did he take the shot? Or was he shot instead, and if so, by whom? Betrayal This my review of the seventh episode of Berlin Station’s second season. During the last episode Robert and Steven discovered...

Berlin Station - Rhys Ifans as Hector DeJean

Berlin Station S02Ep04 Do the Right Thing Review

Berlin Station S02Ep04 Do the Right Thing Review Berlin Station is a spy thriller produced by Epix. The show follows Richard Armitage as Daniel Miller, a CIA operative tasked with doing a lot of the dirty work in Berlin. The first season dealt with the fallout of whistleblower Thomas Shaw, a pseudonym for CIA case officer Hector DeJean (Rhys Ifans), as he spills the beans on what the CIA has been up to. Berlin Station can boast a large and experience ensemble cast including Michelle Forbes, Leland Orser, Richard Jenkins and now with season 2 also Ashley Judd. Berlin Station is...

Elementary Season 2 The Grand Experiment Review

Elementary Season 2 The Grand Experiment Review

Season 2 of Elementary has ended in a surprising way. After all season 1 ended with the arrest of Moriarty/Irene and thus I was expecting her to spring herself from jail and further attempt to take over the world. Apart from the episode in which she does come back she has been absent. Strangely enough season 2 has thus felt somewhat unhinged. Without an arch criminal behind every act of murder we are left with just the procedural aspects of the show. As such season 2 has both strong and weak episodes. To fill the void it did have a number of small story...

Lucy Liu short skirt as Watson Elementary Step Nine

Elementary season 2 premiere ‘Step Nine’ review!

I thoroughly enjoyed the first season of Elementary starring Johnny Lee Miller (Hackers) and Lucy Liu. However, the rather early dénouement of the Moriarty/Irene Adler storyline left a slight bitter aftertaste. I was thus not looking forward to hearing anything about during season 2. Luckily the first episode primarily takes part in London and makes for a very refreshing start to the new season. It’s quite invigorating if I may take a line from Sherlock. ‘Step Nine’ starts with Holmes and Watson solving a case in which the mafia uses carrier pigeons to communicate with a hitman who has murdered...
